J'S RACINGS SUS Exhaust Plus Front Pipe 70F (FK8)

The Premium Stainless Front Pipe with meticulous attention to detail is complete! The OEM front pipe has an inner diameter of 60φ, which is reduced to 49φ throughout, resulting in significant exhaust efficiency loss.

To address this, the main pipe has been changed to an inner diameter of 66φ straight structure (outer diameter 70φ), improving exhaust efficiency in the mid to high RPM range with boost, resulting in increased torque and power. This enhancement eliminates issues like hesitation during acceleration, providing a smooth and stress-free driving experience.

The main pipe is constructed using 2mm thick SUS304 stainless steel tubing, prioritizing strength. It's meticulously handcrafted with dedicated bent pipes and a special flange.

In the case of the FK8, during shifts and throttle changes, there is increased load on the front pipe due to high traction. The flange on the engine side, in particular, becomes a critical point exposed to high heat and exhaust pressure. To address this, a dedicated flange with 12mm thickness and precision milling has been created, allowing for the use of a strong OEM O-ring gasket.

Even for those who have already replaced the muffler on their FK8, this front pipe will provide benefits such as improved exhaust efficiency and an enhanced driving experience.
