For the management and replacement timing of 1-piece type brake rotors used for circuit driving:

Due to the repeated temperature changes caused by circuit driving, excessive stress is placed on the brake rotors. Continuing to use them in such conditions may lead to damage to the brake rotors. Therefore, for those who engage in circuit driving, it is recommended to replace the brake rotors at least once for every two brake pad replacements. However, if you notice numerous heat cracks on the brake rotors, it is advisable to replace both the brake pads and the brake rotors simultaneously.

In addition, over time, brake rotors may deteriorate due to rust and corrosion, so it is recommended to replace them at least every two years.

About "Special Heat Treatment":

Repeated hard driving can cause fine cracks (heat cracks) to form on the rotor surface due to expansion and contraction from heat. To prevent this, special heat treatment is applied in advance to stabilize the rotor's composition, significantly reducing heat cracks during hard driving. This extends the rotor's lifespan, allowing for long-term use with confidence.

The bell hat section is coated in blue (color change available).

The bell hat section is coated in blue, which not only prevents rust but also enhances the appearance. While the standard color is blue heat-resistant coating, other colors are available upon request.

(1) Note that the bell hat section's coating may peel off due to contact with the wheels or the stress during braking.

(2) For custom colors, please inquire separately (additional cost of 11,000 JPY for two rotors).

We offer carving slit processing, heat treatment, and coating for OEM brake rotors that are not compatible with our "CURVING SLIT" brake rotors. The process involves:

Sending your OEM rotor (must be new) to our company.

Our company applies special processing, heat treatment, and paints the center section (hat section). Please inquire about colors other than heat-resistant blue.

The price is 16,500 JPY (including tax) per rotor (shipping fee is separate).

The lead time is approximately 3 weeks from the time we receive the OEM rotor (may vary depending on the situation).

Note on 1-piece brake rotor custom processing:

(1) Rarely, the shape or material of the OEM rotor may prevent the above processing.

(2) We cannot accept rotors from other manufacturers due to the risk of damage during processing.

(3) Depending on the shape of the OEM rotor, the above price may not apply.

(4) If you prefer a coating color other than blue, please inquire (additional cost of 11,000 JPY for two rotors).
